Town & Country is committed to improving the ATM experience and has implemented newer ATM technology. This technology includes Check Cashing and Check Imaging. Town & Country is the only financial institution in Maine providing this technology to its members/customers.
The first benefit of this technology is that it eliminates the need to complete an envelope to make a deposit. The terminal accepts the check via a deposit slot, reads the amount of the check, shows a complete image of the check on the terminal screen, and finally accepts the check for full or partial deposit. Once the transaction is complete you will receive a receipt with an image of the check printed right on it.
