You will never receive an e-mail from Town & Country requesting personal information such as social security number, PIN for home banking or TCPhone24, or account numbers.  If you receive an e-mail of this type please contact Town & Country.  Important: Do not click on any links or open any attachments within the e-mail. Doing so could open your computer to possible security risks.

In addition, we have a scam alert section to warn you about scams that could cause you financial harm.  Please refer to this section often.  We will post important scams alerts as we receive them on the home page of the credit union website.   Please contact the credit union if you come in contact with any possible scam.  Early communication can eliminate possible losses.   Working together we can reduce fraudalent activity for everyone.
