After assessing that ALL confidential Member Account Data had been recovered and that NO loss of member data had been experienced, the credit union immediately began the process of getting the branch reopened. After consulting with Risbara Construction and the building owners, a plan for restoring the branch was formed and work began immediately.

It was determined that the major repairs needed to include replacing the sub-roof, ceiling, drywall, baseboards and carpeting. In the meantime, an action plan help ease the inconvenience to the credit union's Millcreek member was put into place. The plan included extended hours at our Main Office and having credit union staff at our Millcreek branch to help answer member questions.

Our goal throughout the last 3 weeks was to get the branch open a quickly as possible while making sure it remained as functional and safe as it was before the fire. The credit union prides itself on customer service and minimizing inconvenience to its' members and we would like to extend a sincere thank you to all our members who were so patient during the last 3 weeks.
