When will I receive a new card?

You will receive a new card under the following circumstances:

• Initial issuance of a new VISA Check Card or a VISA Credit Card
• If you are due a re-issue because of card expiration date
• If you need a new card because your card was lost or stolen
• If you need a replacement card due to wear

When will the new card designs be available?

All VISA Check Cards and VISA Credit Cards issued after May 10, 2007 will feature the new design.

Why has the VISA Check Card design changed?

To better identify the cardholder as a member of Town & Country Federal Credit Union.

Why has the VISA Credit Card design changed?

Town & Country Federal Credit Union changed it's logo in 2003 to the current blue and green wave logo. The VISA Credit Cards now contain the blue and green logo in the upper right corner of the card while keeping the picture of Portland Head Light as the centerpiece of the card.
