As part of this transition, please note that Amazon’s Alexa Voice Banking Assistant Authorized Service (“Alexa Voice Banking”) will no longer be available after December 31, 2025. We encourage members to set up Alexa to call Lia to ensure continuous access to fast, reliable support.
