Town & Country FCU Celebrates Earth Week with Portland Trails
In celebration of Earth Week 2026, Town & Country Credit Union was the exclusive sponsor of Portland Trails’ Earth Week activities and events. Town & Country is also a sponsor of a large piece of trail near the Presumpscot River in Portland.
As part of our partnership, Town & Country employees volunteered alongside Portland Trails staff to help clean, maintain, and preserve local trails used year-round for walking, biking, running, and outdoor recreation. Volunteers spent time clearing debris, collecting litter, and helping prepare the trail system for the busy spring and summer seasons.
“At Town & Country, we believe physical well-being and financial well-being often go hand in hand,” said Jon Paradise, SVP at Town & Country FCU. “Supporting Portland Trails during Earth Week is a meaningful way for our team to give back while helping create spaces that encourage healthy lifestyles, connection, and wellness throughout our communities.”
Portland Trails works year-round to create and maintain a network of trails and green spaces that connect neighborhoods, encourage outdoor activity, and protect natural spaces throughout the trail system. The organization’s mission closely aligns with Town & Country’s focus on strengthening communities and promoting overall wellness.
