Stay Sharp: Situational Awareness for Real Estate Pros

Town & Country Federal Credit Union and Treworgy & Baldacci are offering this important program free of charge. We believe in supporting our real estate partners through this valuable 3-hour CE credit class, and by creating safer communities for all.

This interactive training will be held at the Town & Country Operations Center, 32 Little Dolphin Drive, in Scarborough, on Wednesday, September 23rd from 9:00 a.m. – noon, with check-in beginning at 8:30 a.m. to ensure all attendees are ready to begin promptly at 9:00 a.m.

Led by nationally recognized speaker, coach, and former law enforcement officer Autumn Schmidt of She’s An Asset, this course will provide practical strategies to help keep you, your clients, co-workers, and families safe in everyday situations.

• Real estate showing and office safety tips
• Parking lot and vehicle safety
• Social media best practices
• Maine self-defense laws
• Developing a safety mindset and action plan before chaos occurs
