New interactive phone system coming soon

Message from David Libby, President and CEO:

As part of our commitment to continuously enhance member experience and expand access, I am pleased to announce that Town & Country will soon be launching a new, interactive phone system. Our new system will feature LIA, our digital assistant, who will be available to answer questions and provide other information 24/7. 

The addition of LIA to our phone system comes after the successful introduction of a 24/7 chatbot on our website and live chat functionality during business hours. Since their launch late last year, both features have seen significant usage and have received overwhelmingly positive feedback for improving the member experience.

Some of the benefits that our new Interactive Phone System with LIA provides to members include:

  • Convenient access and easy navigation that will improve our members’ ability to connect with the right department if they need additional assistance during business hours
  • Reduced wait times for our Call Center, enabling our representatives to spend additional time with members on complicated inquiries, problems, and questions that require more personalized attention
  • Significantly expanded 24/7 access and solutions through an additional channel
  • An additional resource for Town & Country to engage and serve members.

Because our new Interactive Phone System with LIA will represent a significant upgrade over our current TC Phone 24 system (including more resources and enhanced banking capabilities) TC Phone 24 will be discontinued upon the launch of the new system. A separate email communication will be sent to TC Phone 24 users outlining changes prior to the launch date.

We understand that our members’ needs are constantly evolving and providing new channels to improve accessibility and convenience are among our highest priorities. Connecting with Town & Country is now easier than ever. This new channel will complement our live, local support during regular business hours and is a significant expansion to after-hours support.

When it comes to more convenience, increased access, and faster service, I am proud to say that Town & Country answers the call.
