For the third consecutive year, Town & Country is partnering with the Maine Cancer Foundation to launch CheckME, a public service campaign to help expand awareness about the importance of regular cancer screenings. Because cancer is the leading cause of death in Maine, staying up to date with regular cancer screenings is an important step in fighting this disease.
According to Town & Country President and CEO, David Libby, “We understand the importance of early detection to help save lives and encourage Mainers to reach out to their healthcare provider to schedule any needed cancer screenings.”
During the month of October all local television networks will carry the CheckME cancer screening messages followed in November by ads on local radio stations.
