We are passionate about making a difference whenever and wherever we can. Town & Country’s ‘Local Helping Local’ initiative was launched in 2020 in the midst of the pandemic to support struggling local restaurants, small businesses, non-profits, and community organizations.

At Town & Country we believe a strong community brings value to our members, our staff, and our neighbors. So, we work to develop strong relationships with community partners on important causes and programs that together we can make a difference in our neighbors’ lives and make Maine a better place to live for all. 

At Town & Country, we believe we have a responsibility to help make our communities a better place for all our neighbors. One way we do this is by giving back and supporting the events and programs of local non-profit organizations and community groups through sponsorships and donations. 

At Town & Country, we believe it is important to be an active member of our community. One way we do that is by encouraging our employees to get involved and volunteer with local non-profit organizations. We also provide paid time off for staff who want to volunteer with organizations of their choice.
